B.A., Villanova University

In 1972, Jake started with Candeliere Construction, Inc. as a field supervisor and as president from 1979 to 1988.

Jake is the office manager, overseeing all projects as liaison between the office and the field.  In addition, he is responsible for estimating, business development, purchasing of contractor services and expediting projects.

Board of Trustees – Tuxedo Park School (2000-2006)
Board of Governors – The Tuxedo Club (2000-2010)
Deputy Mayor – The Village of Tuxedo Park (2001-2003)

B.A., Upsala College

Eric’s construction experience includes all phases of construction, including being the Vice President of Operations of a large self-performing general contractor and overseeing the steel fabrication, millwork, coatings, excavation and carpentry trades of over 170 employees.  Eric was instrumental in establishing a new marketing plan to make the firm one of the most recognized green building contractors in the Northeast through the late 90’s.  Eric has been with CCI since 2006 and is committed to CCI Construction.

M.S., Mercy College

Mike has worked in the construction management field since 2002.  Prior to working in the construction field, Mike completed 20 years of fire service, retiring as a Chief Officer.  Mike holds a B.S. in Safety Administration and a Masters in Human Resources Management.  His present commitment is with CCI Construction.

M.B.A, New Jersey Institute of Technology

Frank started with CCI as an intern while completing a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology.  He currently oversees all aspects of construction, including estimating, billing, scheduling and coordinating the completion of projects.  Frank holds a Masters in Business Administration, along with a certification as a LEED Green Associate. He is currently committed to the continuing growth of CCI.
